New Placement and Outplacement

Proximity to people is important to us. Three factors allow us to provide effective professional support: individualised advice, our team’s above-average level of commitment, and our many years of experience on both sides of the recruitment process. These capabilities enable us to focus on all aspects of career transition. Our comprehensive advice is tailored to each individual’s personal situation. We have a modular structure we apply for this process using up to date hand outs as a practical introduction to career progression and use supporting tools along with current insights and Know-How.

Our services differ clearly from the traditional form of outplacement. We offer coaching and ad-vice to people in a career transition phase. Not stopping there, however, we go one step further and combine this with active in-placement and new placement support. Working together with our candidates, we seek out the right job for them, actively involving our in-house network in the process. We help you to position yourself vis-à-vis a potential employer.

We always work on a needs-oriented basis: cooperating closely with the company, we can develop and offer a programme that is tailored to its size and individual needs, taking into account the seniority levels and the job market ‘fit’ of the people concerned. Costs are determined in advance within a set time frame, but the schedule and number of meetings are determined according to the individual situation and requirements. All programmes are individually designed, with no limits on the number or the length of the meetings. The Mäder & Partner New Placement programme is ideal for senior management, executives at all levels, and employees.

Maeder-und-Partner-Leistungen-2

Coaching fosters reflection on patterns of action in the professional and private context.

The coach acts as sparring partner, initiates and accelerates a process of personal growth, vocational reorientation or decision-making.

We are a team of nationally and internationally qualified coaching specialists with many years of experience in a very wide range of sectors, able to offer highly individual knowledge-based advice. A key point in our work is the personal and professional development of executives.

The coaching we offer is specific and practice-oriented. Our team of trainers uses tried and tested methods, following the steps below:

  •  Definition of coaching
  • In-depth analysis of personal values, positions, preferences and behaviour patterns
  • Reflection on professional and personal biography, definition of future direction
  • Drawing up a well-grounded action plan

Coaching generally comprises seven sessions, in which the trainer presents the bases for your own action plan, which you develop and proactively implement. Mäder & Partner see coaching as a process of continuous intervention. Our goal is guidance towards self-management.

Assessment

Comprehensive appraisal of achievements, abilities, and personal preferences is a prerequisite for success.
